Today I had the pleasure of walking a 7+ acre pinot noir vineyard property with my client, planning our strategy for a maximum impact market debut of her Russian River appellation home. Here’s a sneak preview picture of the Mt. St. Helena view to the Northeast. What a tough day at “the office.”

Oh, how I miss Sonoma County! I used to live in Petaluma, and have fond memories of biking winery to winery. I’ll have to post some pictures of fun listing appointments on my blog as well. We have lovely horse properties around my home in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Lately I’ve been showing some foreclosures – am thinking of posting some photos of some of those homes as people are always curious about getting great deals on foreclosures.
Hi Carlyn, Thanks for stopping by–I’ll come visit. I played tourist in Annapolis a few years ago on a trip which included a Vizsla National Field Trial near Antietam. We managed to add in a visit to the Washington National Horse Show as well. You are in a beautiful part of the world. It would be interesting to compare horse properties. There are tremendous bargains to be had in equestrian and country properties in Sonoma County just now.
Cheers!
Pam
