I think these types of stories are valuable for potential buyers and sellers to read.  I faced a similar situation, also representing the buyer, that ended in resolution and a satisfied buyer.  However, the home inspector hired by the buyer caught something that I believe some inspectors may not catch.  After follow up with the seller&#039;s pest inspector, new inspections with a plumber, a roofer, and a mold specialist, the problem area was found, addressed by a consciousious seller and Listing Agent, and the buyer closed on the property.  Thanks for this post.</description>
