Perhaps the Prince and Princess may also want to consider Half Moon Bay, Montara or Pescadero, just a short drive "over the hill" from Belmont and home to many beautiful horse properties. Then the Prince and Princess can give a permanent home to Seamus and Rohan while they still need to work at their high powered jobs... :) I look forward to the rest of the story!
