We will be harvesting our pinot noir for the rest of this week. All of our grapes are ripening quickly in this heat and all the winemakers are pushing to get their grapes while they are in such perfect sugar/acid balance. The grapes look and taste fantastic: 2008 should be an awesome year for pinot. 2006 and 2007 also produced wonderful wines - good years to buy.

Nice blog, Pam.
