Hello An and Arn (!),

Thanks for your comments. I have been waiting for the integration of our contract software (Winforms) with electronic signatures and on-line transaction management for a long time. It will minimize the adminis-trivia of a transaction and allow us to focus more on the important deal points and investigations.

Clients will benefit with ease of use. At any point in time they will be able to access the entire file on line. After closing they will have a complete CD of all the transaction documents, reports and disclosures, rather than the pounds of paper they have now.

A much better solution. The key will be educating our clients who may be new to the process, and of course, if they prefer paper, they can have paper.

But it is nice to have an alternative at long last!

Pam, Arn - Thanks for signing up for DocuSign!

Pam, I'm looking forward to your posts about greening the real estate transactions and preventing grey hairs (loved that turn of phrase that I just had to use it!)

Have a great holiday!

Best,
An
