By the way–be cautious when using Zillow to evaluate country property. I have found it not to be accurate because each country property is so unique and the intangibles of setting (which cannot be discounted as they weigh heavily on value) as well as the practical realities of wells, septic systems and zoning. The range of price estimates is an improvement on Zillow 1.0, however. I am touring country properties every week and can provide a good perspective on value.
